Each Episcopal church is governed by its Vestry. This group makes decisions about the church budget, building plans, and other temporal business of the church. St. Catherine’s Vestry consists of seven members who are confirmed members of the congregation. Each serves for a three year term; two serve as Wardens each year — a Senior Warden and a Junior Warden. The Rector serves on the Vestry ex officio member and presides at its meetings. Vestry meetings are open and members of the congregation are welcome to attend. Minutes of each meeting are posted in the Parish Hall.
